NCSA Rebrand/Acquistion

In 2022 NCSA College Recruiting, the largest college recruiting platform in the world, was acquired by IMG Academy, a world-class athletic boarding school in Bradenton, Florida.

NCSA was required to take on IMG Academy’s brand and transform all channels and marketing collateral. I lead this rebrand and worked with all departments to adhere to IMGA’s brand standards and guidelines. On top of updating the NCSA brand I directed a campaign to introduce our new look and feel to our users and audience. The goal was to present the brand in an exciting way without confusing our costumer-base.

Social Channel Rebrand: Before and After

The NCSA social channels had a major facelift during the rebrand. Not only did we change our logo and color palette to match IMG Academy’s brand guidelines but we started storytelling. We took our athlete’s recruiting journeys and turned them into video testimonials and ads for our brand. We wanted our customers to be our voice and our recruiting experts to be our resource. We used our coaches to create video recruiting tips and educational posts. We started directing quarterly video shoots with our athletes and families and changed the way we engaged with our consumer.

Alone, NCSA Instagram has over 450K followers. Our goal this year is to hit over 4 million aggregate over all channels.
